My studio offers violin lessons for all ages and levels, from young beginners to conservatory-bound students!

Our teaching blends the musical depth of German tradition, the expressive richness of American artistry, and the technical rigor of Korean training—offering students a truly global foundation in violin.

1. Class Levels & Placement

Lessons are divided into beginner, intermediate, advanced, and pre-professional levels. Placement is determined during the first lesson, considering the student's age, years of study, focus, and learning pace.

• Beginner - Students build familiarity with the instrument, rhythm, and basic musical concepts.

• Intermediate - Students begin reading music and playing independently.

• Advanced - Students deepen their interpretation of classical repertoire and perform at a higher level.

• Elite / Pre-professional - Students prepare for competitions and college auditions through stage experience and intensive coaching.

2. Lesson Location

Lessons are held at a clean, safe private studio located on West 57th St in Manhattan. In-home lessons may be available in nearby neighbourhoods.

3. What to Prepare

• Violin and Bow (For beginners, guidance will be provided to help select and purchase the right size.)
